Lucky in Love styled wedding shoot at iconic Bheau View Ranch

A good rustic chic style wedding venue is hard to find. Make that nearly mission impossible.

Have no fear. Bheau View Ranch is here. Venue, value and mission made July 7, 2015 a special day for a chic group of wedding service vendors at the classy urbane rustic ranch.

“It was a great experience,” Bheau View Ranch owner Shera Sandwell said. “The shoot accentuated all the natural elegance and features of the ranch. It was really fun with a great group of vendors who worked well together.”

Vendors and wedding fashionistas got to strut their stuff along alongside fabulous equine who always strut at the ultimate rustic chic wedding venue. With gardens and fine lawns complimenting a working horse ranch and venue center, ocean breezes chilled out spectacular views as top-rated wedding and event vendors, planners and fellow travelers staged a styled wedding shoot for the ages.

“Soft, modern and romantic are the key words for today,” event designer Lorena Riach of Rustic Vintage Events said as the event and style shoot she arranged took off in mid-morn. “A stunning backdrop that doubles as a table runner for this reception, impeccable calligraphy, cheerful floral design, and even two horses and pony; this shoot has it all.”

Riach fused together an outstanding group of vendors for the Lucky in Love shoot that was picked up by Wedding Chicks and other media sources. Kudos came from near and far up to and including Shera Sandwell’s classic and chic Bheau View Ranch on an ancient knoll high above the Twin Oaks Valley.

“For the Lucky in Love shoot,” epic cake designer Linda Caro said, “I really liked how they were so organized and knew exactly what shots they wanted to capture. The whole team was awesome and friendly.

“Bheau View Ranch was absolutely gorgeous,” Caro said. “Any bride would be happy to have her wedding there. Any place there that you take a photo, the photo would have amazing background and scenic beauty.”

Wedding video guru Dillan Stockham took time out between shots saying he enjoyed working with Riach thanks to her efficiency and aesthetic eye which were easy to translate into video.

“Bheau View Ranch was a gorgeous venue,” Stockham said. “It has lots of greenery and a spectacular altar of interwoven branches delicately covered in vines. I particularly loved the beautiful, spacious house on the property; it is an amazing prep location for both the bride and groom, which isn’t common. I couldn’t have asked for a better location.”

The Ranch “sits on a 10-acre knoll offering a unique setting for your wedding and any related event,” Riach said. “Think about your engagement session, shower or luncheon with your wedding attendants, rehearsal dinner, day-after brunch, and more.”

The ranch also features over 10,000-square-feet of divisible outdoor event space with ranch-style and garden-style settings. Landscaped vibrant lawns with abundant flowers and numerous plants  and trees along with mountain views conspires to create the perfect backdrop for ceremonies and receptions.

An inviting 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom country cottage complete with amenities and stylish decor rounds out the package, available for wedding party preparations or even extended stays.

In all, the team a Baker’s Dozen strong descended on Bheau View Ranch for a day of fun and most importantly, brilliant presentation, photography and videomaking. Veteran shutterbug Shawna Henrie of Bleudog Fotography did the photogenic honors. Stockham handled videography. Rustic Table Events provided the tables on which sat the likes of flowers and cake spread tastefully across the giant lawns and gardens of Bheau View Ranch.

Friar Tux Shop provided, you know, tux’s. Cowgirls Escondido had everyone in cowboy hats. Bridal rose leather belts. anybody. Look no farther than Connie Velasco whose Final Accents Couture did the honors. Archive Bridal let loose one of its classic classy bridal gowns.

Kayla Reed and Jake Kopf modeled for all to see. Brittani Flores of Beauty N’ Effects took care of hair styling while Rachel Gallenberger of Effortless Elegance was makeup artist.

In a tale of two florists, floral bouquets in all kinds of classy chic type and display were presented by Kendra Cunningham of Kendra’s Floral Design and Sara Michelle Quintana of Sweet Stems Florist.

“Lucky in Love was very organized and cohesive. It was great working with all of the other vendors and creating new relationships,” Cunningham said. “Bheau View Ranch is wonderful and love the owner. I can’t wait to collaborate as a group or individually again and also work at Bheau View Ranch.”

Qunitana said Lucky in Love “was such a sweet name. I knew instantly I wanted to be a part of this shoot. I admire Lorena and I have been following your work, I felt blessed to be invited along for this amazing ride.

The list didn’t stop there. Jessica Harpole of Flourish Paper Company did the calligraphy work. Kristi Osborn of Soirees & Showers presented the invitation suite set. Wood signs were by Nicole Wettstein of Wood if you Could.

What wedding, venue or event would be complete without the all-important sweet stuff? Topping off a grand day of on the ranch, Linda Caro of Little Hunnys Cakery trotted out the ultimate in wedding cakery while Penny Stewart Ottley of Penny’s Place Boutique Bakery threw down those horseshoe shaped designer cookies that were all the rage.
