Valley Center ‘Artist Meet and Greet’

Valley Center Art Association (VCAA) and the Valley Center Library present an “Artist Meet and Greet” from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 7 in the Valley Center Library Community and Seminar rooms.  Refreshments will be served. Music will provided by Palomar College students including two pianists and a jazz ensemble.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for community members to meet artists whose art has been decorating the library walls,” VCAA president Barbara Graham said. “The Meet and Greet will feature many artists whose work includes original oils, watercolors, woodworking, photography, mixed media, sterling silver jewelry and sculpture.  Some of the pieces are for sale.”

The show features two rooms of art and many artists.

“I think those who visit the exhibition will be pleased by the variety of excellent art,” VCAA member Carolyn McGraw said. “Many of the pieces are by award winning artists. We invite the community to come and visit with the artists and to learn more about the enclave of fine artists here in Valley Center.”
